Our Pathways

1. YourJE GIRLS EDITION

Have you ever considered what it takes to empower young girls to confidently and wisely, kwa utaratibu na ukarimu (with grace and kindness), embark on their journey through their teenage years and beyond? That’s exactly what the Girls Inspired and Activated© Program is all about. It’s our flagship Rites of Passage initiative, created to inspire and guide girls through one of the most transformative times in their lives.

Initially, built around the framework of the Renewing Self program by Alabastron in 2013, this program is designed to provide the tools, guidance, and support girls need during their teen years (ages 13-18). But we don’t stop there!

We know that growth doesn’t happen overnight, which is why we’ve created follow-up programs for our alumni. These programs help them continue to strengthen their decision-making skills and stay aligned with the YourJE 7 Life-Defining Choices©.

What’s our goal? It’s simple: to nurture their resilience, refresh their Faith, Hope and Love in God, rejuvenate their confidence so they can boldly pursue their dreams.

2. YourJE VALUE-BASED LEADERSHIP

A transformative program for small to medium-sized organizations, aimed at cultivating a healthy organizational environment. This pathway focuses on developing leadership skills rooted in values, practical wisdom, and excellence, enhancing the people, culture, and supporting practices within the organization. YourJE A.C.T.I.V.E© is the methodology we use — Be A.C.T.I.V.E© to nurture the leader in you and activate the organization.
